Naturally I hope you are really happy with anything you buy from me, however (with the exception of commissioned items) you may return any item subject to a 14-day return period- please contact me. Please note that return shipping costs, losses and breakages are the customers’ responsibility- please use a shipping service with sufficient cover.
All bespoke items (ie commissioned) are made to order therefore I can only accept returns if the incorrect item has been sent. Please contact me to discuss return and replacement, or a full refund.
